The World Orchid Congress has published their fascinating book ‘World Orchid Collections’ detailing about fifty of the world’s most diverse orchid collections, including the Writhlington and Mendip School Orchid Project Collection, with a view to assist ex-situ conservation, pollen sharing etc – I can’t wait to read it and expect copies to arrive after lockdown. I will be asking any Orchid Project members if they want extra copies and sending an order next month.
