Celebrating success back at school
Everyone delighted at our successful British orchid Congress. Growing good plants is all down to the hard work and commitment of the volunteers of the Orchid Project past and present.

It has been trophy time at the BOC and the orchid project has won both top prizes – Best Display and Best Orchid in Show.
Well done again to Chloe, Jacob and Jess here, as well as all the team back at school for growing such great plants.
We have recently moved to brown paper bags for our orchid sales (modelled here by one of today’s customers) – well received and ideal for safe packing of plants.
We have had a very successful morning at the British Orchid Congress with a number of awards for plants. Our rosette winners are shown below:

We arrived at Norwich yesterday and spent the first four hours putting up our display – which looks amazing. Well done to Jess, Chloe, Jacob and Annie.
Preview evening last night gave us a chance to look around at all the orchid diversity here and meet up with our orchid friends from across the Uk and Europe. Today we are up early for Judgind – Jacob’s first time as a qualified judge and Jess’ first time as a trainee.
