A personal record for me as it has only taken 1 and a quarter hours to extract the recording and upload it!
To-the-point, I thought to myself while choosing a title to this post! We’ve got a Gold Medal at the RHS Chelsea Flower show and we’re all a little bit excited!
The display looks fantastic and I would like to say a public ‘well-done’ to Ben Stokes, Luke Lucas and Simon Pugh-Jones who made up the set up team. They’ve put a lot of effort in and it shows!
For those of you already asking yourselves when we’ll be on TV, we’re being filmed tomorrow (Wednesday) and could be on any time after that, though we’re 90% sure it will be the Wednesday show.
Today the Judging commenced at the Chelsea flower show where the orchid project won a Gold award. Currently no word has filtered back from London as to which category we won in, but updates will soon follow as word comes through!
Just received correspondence from the Chelsea set up team! They inform me that the flow cabinet is up and in place as are the prayer flags that surround our display. Technology and plants go on tomorrow.
I don’t know about you, but this news makes me even more eager to get up there and see it! I’m going up with my camera on Tuesday. Look forward to providing photos then!
