As we are staying with a cockerel we know that chicken o’ clock was about 5 am. After getting up to what we thought was sunrise it was we waited 40 mins until light. And where in all of this time was Simon I ask you? In bed!

We have just had a brilliant meeting with the deputy director general of export operations and market development. He was very enthusiastic about the project and wanted to help any way that he could.
