We are having an amazing day at Taktse School. Writhlington and Taktse students are putting the finishing touches to their mash-up walls about the wonderful experiences of the past two days. Keep watching for the final results.
Today we spent some time with school students in the forest. We taught them how to recognise and identify 7 different types of orchid. They were really enthusiastic and are looking forward to tomorrow when we will be spending more time with them back at their school.
This morning we woke up early and couldn’t wait to see more orchids. This meant not even getting dressed. Smiley faces though, but only just. The orchid Georgia spotted was Coelogyne flacida.
