We have had a  very successful morning at the British Orchid Congress with a number of awards for plants. After a hard but enjoyable day’s work the new Bristol Aquarium Cloud Forest Orchid Display is all planted and ready for us to add information names and interactive activities. Cloud forest takes shape

It is lunch time at the Aquarium and the new orchid display is well under way after a busy morning. Zea, Laurah and Hannah have finished the section devoted to orchid species pollinated by small insects like gnats and midges. This includes lots of cool growing miniatures. More to follow as the display develops.
