We have recently moved to brown paper bags for our orchid sales (modelled here by one of today’s customers) – well received and ideal for safe packing of plants.
We have had a very successful morning at the British Orchid Congress with a number of awards for plants. It is lunch time at the Aquarium and the new orchid display is well under way after a busy morning. Zea, Laurah and Hannah have finished the section devoted to orchid species pollinated by small insects like gnats and midges. This includes lots of cool growing miniatures.
