On top of the world!
More accurately ‘on top of Cley Hill’ as the Sarawak Orchid Project Team and their hosts from Writhlington headed to Wiltshire to learn about species rich chalk grassland. The dramatic sky came along with a gale force wind at the top of Cley Hill that was appreciated by everyone.
For anyone who has not been up Cley Hill it is a bit of a scramble (photo below) but well worth it for the rare flowers and dramatic views.
For less of a scramble to see great orchids visit Writhlington School BA3 3NQ on Thursday 6th July from 4.30-6.30 for our Greenhouse Open evening.
