The orchid group of Year 10 students at the Mendip Studio School have been working with our partners at the Bristol Aquarium by selecting and researching orchid to add the the permanent orchid displays at the Aquarium.

The top photograph shows students with horticulturalist Anna Lim and their orchids on arrival.

After an hour and a half all the plants were safely planted in their new homes and ready for visitors. Students are also producing information pages that will be accessed by the public using QR codes in the displays.
