We are halfway to Mulu and shopping while waiting for our 30 minute flight. All entertained by the local shop offerings – no one has gone for the durian flavoured ice cream yet but the local chocolates ‘Nips’ proving very popular.

6 am and through Kuching airport smoothly for our flight to Mulu. We have two planes to fly us Kuching to Miri, and then Miri to Mulu.
