A rainforest in a hotel room!
Tallis has just sent through this image of the desk in the room she shares with Jess – it is good to see that Orchid Project students are doing their bit to support specialist nurseries although some trade, especially the Tillandsia nursery, are discounting and giving to their new friends from the UK rather than making a profit!
More for our window cills I used to remember the early morning sun flooding in now its like being in a forest with the light fighting its way through the cover of foliage
Apologies – that may be my fault.

Haha. Gareth wait till they disappear to uni and can’t fit them all into their room. So you get to try and keep the plants left behind growing ! Thankfully Simon took in the really awkward ones.
I am afraid you might be stuck with full window sills forever. From experience even when children buy their own houses they never take all their stuff with them prefering to visit their stuff at your house.
We are really enjoying reading all the comments on our posts – and love to hear from the long suffering parents of Orchid Project who do so much to support us.
