The show is over and the hall is empty apart from our plants which we will load up tomorrow morning for the drive home. The team is all decked out in orchid flowers ready for our final evening at L’Orange Bleue.
Last night Jacob represented us at the Congress Dinner and collected our trophies for Beat Species and Grand Champion so we have the full set of rather nice turned bowls to remember a great week in Paris.
Chloe and the lab team have enjoyed the opportunity to meet and talk with other lab growers. We are particularly taken by these miniature orchids flowering in flask on the Ecuagenera stand.
After five days in Paris our group is adapting well to the local culture. Abi wins the prize for ‘most french photo’ for this one of three Parisians (Charlotte, Jacob and Chloe) eating bagettes on the street!
